Here are just some of the services, I provide for Church Weddings, this is a very professional service, that will add a lot of value to the special Wedding Day and prior.  

Working closely with the bride and groom from day one, which will ensure the whole occasion is stress free and memorable.

Scheduling the Church Wedding Day in detail.

Coordination and Fine Tuning with all Suppliers both on the Wedding Day and Prior, to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Speaking with members of the family or best man / Maid of Honour in order to ensure that the guests and the bride and groom will arrive when required. Which will ensure everything will run to time. 

Greeting guests with a handshake on there arrival at church, and providing them with the order of service, and to tie crevettes and put on buttonholes and corsages. 

Speaking to the church about parking restrictions and access times for the florist, singers, Photographers and Videographers or any other service.  

      Going through ceremony seating with the clients, in order to ensure the appropriate seats are reserved for immediate families, groomsman, bridesmaids and anyone else they require.

Announcing the Groom into the ceremony with his parents / Best man and Ushers, or whoever may may wish.

Collecting Video Snippets from guests to give a message to the couple, and then forwarding these video snippets to the clients.     

Ensuring that one of the bridal party will call me 10 minutes before the bride arrives, which will ensure everyone at the church is ready.

Organising the confetti and group shot and any other photos, that may be required.         
Ensure guests proceed to the venue rapidly, either by there own method of transport, or by transportation which has been provided by the bride and groom.    

Calling the Venue in order to let them know that guests are on there way.

Any thing else that may be required....

Making sure this very special occasion is memorable for a lifetime and beyond.

I will be delighted to help you enhance your Christmas/ Xmas Party to its maximum. My professional services are often called upon by Corporate and Company clients. My professional Christmas Party Toastmaster, Host, MC, Auctioneer, Coordinator, Quizmaster and Fundraising Expert, are available in London, Essex, Surrey, Kent, Birmingham, Manchester, Herts, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire  and UK and International.       

Here are just some of the elements of the role I provide both on the day and prior, however this is your Event, so its up to you, how you wish to organize your party. I will enhance it to its maximum and make it memorable for all and everyone.

Here are just some elements of my role:-

1/ Assisting with Scheduling and Coordination, and working closely with you from day one. Bringing direction on the day, and being the person who keeps the whole event together.

2/ Dress Formal or Informal in accordance with your wishes.

3/ Welcome all guests on arrival by handshake, and direct them and assist them at any time they require my help. Making all announcements and ushering. Announcing CEO into the room and also the announcing of any After Dinner Speakers or Comedians. Ensuring the appropriate preambles are used when announcing speakers and guests to be seated. 

4/ Recommend lots of games and interaction, that will enhance the mood at the party, some of which include Mannaquin Challenge with Sweets, Dance Offs, Heads and Tails, Pass the Christmas Cracker,  Drink Challenges,  Karaoke and more.  Prizes for competitions to be provided by the company,  

5/ Organize a quiz which maybe in relation to your company or to the theme of the event, and adding any other subjects you would like. Prizes to be provided by the company.  Great for Team Building.  Maybe also a bingo game,

6/ Open forum for guests who may wish to come to the stage and say a few words about the company or role they play, or I can even interview them and ask the questions. 

7/ Announcing the speeches - Maybe CEO, President, or any other.  Maybe a video will be shown, to remind staff of the brand and what it represents. There may even be some Awards and certificates, that may need to be presented for recognition to the company. Also maybe proposing the loyal toast and announce Grace. 

8/ Charity Auction and Fundraising - Always goes down very nicely, and the proceeds go to the companies favorite charity or cause.  Some options include, A

9/ Go round to guests and ask them for some personal messages into a video cam, and these can be looked back on, only with smiles.

10/ I am a booking agent for all suppliers and other services, some of which include Singers, Dance Floors, DJ's, Photobooths and so much more.

11/ Making it is memorable as possible for all and everyone.

We have seen, clients being out of pocket due to no fault of there own, very few client who took wedding or events insurances ( Some were also giving indemnities for pandemics if taken out prior to this episode) , controversy over contracts, venues and suppliers going into liquidation, and most importantly social distancing has brought our whole industry to a stand still with only exceptionally small weddings being allowed at present for up to 10 people. 

Clients and Industry professionals are tearing there hair out, waiting for the government to give further clarity as to when things may resume. I would love your responses to this all important question.  The questions being at present are........ When ? How ? What If ?

If I had to give a point of view on this, I would say....

Weddings and Events will not be back in full swing until the beginning of the year, I know it is hurting us all, however I feel we need to follow the government guidance being given. There is a lot governing around social distancing which I feel in this current crisis is for the best, and I believe we will see a lot of changes in this area in the future.

What does the future hold for the Industry ?

What are your views on this matter...

My views are there will be a lot of changes, which I feel will be for the very best. I feel venues will need to adapt and may need to be more flexible with clients, I feel wedding and events insurance to cover family deaths and venue and supplier liquidation and more will become mandatory for anyone holding a special occasion at a venue. I feel many in the industry have also been very stayed for a long time, and I would like to think that people can move forward with the times.  What may be on the cards is regulation within the industry also, which I feel may be a very good thing. I also feel that venues need to ensure that every wedding or events professional who comes onto there premises including the likes of hair and make up, do declare there insurances at least one to two months prior to the event. I would also also like to see more people supporting each other outside there own networks and being more teamwork orientated with a smile and passion at weddings and events.
