- I will work with you very closely from day one, taking stress from you both prior and on the day.
- We will together discuss your plans in detail, and I will offer advice, on how your day can be enhanced to its maximum
- Working together, I will put together the whole schedule for you and go through logistics in detail
- I will speak with you about special touches, talking about games and ways in which we have excellent guest interaction
- Dress according to your wishes, whether that be formal or informal.
- I will announce and officiate on the day, and also be present at ceremony to coordinate, whether that be church, venue, Gurdwara or synagogue.
- I will Coordinate and Fine Tune with all suppliers prior to the event, in order to ensure, nothing has been missed.
- I will go through all Logistics both prior to the event and on the day in a lot of detail.
- I am a Booking Agent for all other suppliers and services, and can therefore recommend and book, any entertainment or other services. ( Such as Photobooths, Dance Floors, Harpists, Pianists, Magicians and lots more )
- I am your personal wedding or Events consultant from day one
- I will ensure your day will be memorable for a lifetime and beyond.

These duties below are all optional, I will work according to your personal wishes and style
- I will be present at both the Church/ Synagogue/ Temple/ Ceremony to assist with Buttonholes, Corsages, and ushering in, and then make my way to The Venue.Work according to your preferred style, it is all about you, every wedding is unique in its own way.
- I can be as Formal or Informal as you wish - Red Jacket, Trendy Black Suit, Tuxedo, Sherwani, More Casual, it is your choice! -
- Every type of wedding or event and ceremony catered for.
- Bring lots Coordination, Organisation and Direction, both on the day and prior
- Full wedding consultancy and fine tuning service digging down into the bare bones including hair and make schedule
- Collecting Public Liability Insurance from relevant suppliers and advise on set ups
- The Wedding Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies will co-ordinate the whole day and evening for you, according to your style.
- I will be your personal Wedding Consultant from the moment you book me..
- Mr and Mrs Game ( Always lots of fun)
- Being Present at the House or Hotel in order to help move things in and prepare the bridal party by getting them ready.
- Taking reviews by video from guests and family, and sending you those snippets....( Lots of memories)
- Booking Agent for all other Wedding or Event Services and Supplies, that you may require..
- Going through all the Nuts and Bolts in detail, in order to ensure nothing is missed
- Favours / Words of Wisdom Ceremony - This is always fun, Paper and Pens are left on each of the guests
- Tables when seated, they will write Some words of wisdom to the happy couple now they are married and I will read them out...
- Balloon and Promises Ceremony - It is always great to see, the promises the bride and groom will make to each other during the marriage. ( This can also be adapted as a hat and promise ceremony)
- Card Ceremony - Bride and Groom write a card and some memories to each other on the wedding day, a year later on their first Anniversary, they will open the card, in order to see what they said about each other.
- Wedding Planning advice and tips from the moment you book me, I am there to guide you all The way through.
- For African and Caribbean Weddings, generally there is the opening and closing prayers, dancing, change of costumes and more.
- Taking all the Stress away from the bride and groom and family, this will ensure they can relax and leave everything in my hands.
- If Civil Partnership will assist The Couple at both Ceremony/ Church until end of evening to ensure all runs smoothly.
- Bring Lots of Energy. Fusions, Creativity and Passion to the day and evening.
- 5 or 10 Fun Facts Ceremony - This is where guests write some fun facts about the bride and groom, and I read them out..
- Special Fun Quiz ( 10 Questions with heads and tails twist )
- I will liase with all fellow wedding professionals, before and on the day.
- Special Tequilla Shot Toast between bride and groom only - In order to wish each good luck and peace during the marriage
- I will draw up the schedule/ itinerary and coordinate accordingly, all will be in accordance with your wishes.
- Grand entrances into the ceremony for groom, bridal party, parents, and who ever else you may wish, whether this be at the Civil Ceremony or place of worship.
- If Civil Partnership then Special entrance for The Partners
- Shake hands with all guests as I meet them for the first time, and go around to their tables at dinner, to ensure they are happy.
- Welcoming guests to the drinks reception.
- Ushering guests as appropriate
- Assisting the photographer with photos to ensure, they are all taken, according to the bride and grooms needs.
- Clients purchasing a Polaroid or Instant Camera with Film for around 40 Photos and they provide for Guest Book and Glue Sticks, I will go around the dinner tables and drinks reception and take photos..
- Ensuring the Guest Book is signed and collecting cards and presents from guests.
- Preparing the receiving line, in order announce guests to the bridal party.
- Grand entrance into dinner, for parents and bride and groom, best men, chief bridesmaids, groomsmen, and who ever else.
- Toastmasters welcome speech.
- Glass Tapping - Every time guests tap their glasses, The bride and groom have a kiss.
- Candle Unite Ceremony - The Uniting of both families together by the lighting of candles - Lovely Ceremony.
- Mannequin Challenge with sweets
- Toastmaster announcing grace/ Opening Prayer
- Presentations and announcements of Birthdays, Anniversaries and Newly Wed to Oldest Wed.
- Announcing all Speech Makers -
- Loyal toast to the Queen
- Favour bags with advice cards to be left in front of each guest at there tables, these are then filled in by In by the person, giving the bride and Groom Marriage advice, I will then pick some of these cards randomly and read out those messages.
- Marks out of 10 for first dance and why - judging the first dance performance of the bride and groom
- Presents and bouquets ceremony with a modern twist.
- Top table surprise to the groom ( all the ladies in the room come to the top table to give him a kiss )
- Announcing Special toasts to family and friends.
- Memories of the bride and groom - This is very nice and memorable.
- Announce a guest to say a poem about bride and groom, or sing a song, this will then see the bride and groom kiss.
- Cutting of the cake, feeding and champagne ceremonies ( Very Nice and a lovely touch )
- Bouquet toss for Single and Unhappily Married Ladies
- Grand entrances to dance floor for bride and groom, and then second dance bride and groom with a member of there family -
- Helping the Videographer Conduct Interviews during the day and evening.
- Joining in on the Dance Floor and dancing among everyone
- Dance of games on the Dance floor between boys and girls
- Rope/ Limbo Game between boys and girls, lets see who can shimmy under the rope, at its lowest.
- Video Snippets from guests and venue late at night
- Announcing Last Circles and Last Dances for the Bride and Groom, The Perfect Finale....

- I love the Shoe Ceremony, this is when I ask the bride and groom, either on their special day or prior, to write a message to each other on the back of there shoes, and I will read them out on the day, or they can read them to each other...... these shoes will be kept for the rest of their lives, so it is always lovely to look back on.
I also like the very special ' Bride and Groom Game ' This is where 10 questions are compiled by myself, I will then ask the guests starting with the first question and all they will answer is either Yes or No. If they say ' Yes ' to the answer, they will put their hands on there heads, if they say ' No ' to the answer, they will put their hands on there backsides. I will then ask the bride and groom the question, and all they will answer is ' Yes' or ' No ', if the guests answer is the same as bride and groom, they will stay standing and everyone else will sit down. These questions will carry on until we get a winner, and the winner will receive a special prize from the bride and groom. - I Love the Flipper Game, FLIPPER GAME - I will set up two chairs apart from each other, I will then ensure the Flippers are ready ( which will be supplied by the couple), guests will Flippers on there feet when they are competing . I will then choose 2 teams - One on Brides Side and the bride will also play and One on Grooms side and the groom will also play( 4 people on each side), there will then be a winner. I will ask for 2 more teams, and they will play against each other, and that will produce another winning team. Then the two winning teams will play against each other and the winning team will be awarded prizes by the bride and groom.
- I also love the Drinks Game .. 5 Alcoholic drinks are placed next to the bride and 5 Next to the Groom, with lots of audience noise, the winner will be the person, who can drink them the fastest, lots of fun. ( This can also be adapted to have 2 teams of 5, lead by the bride and groom, and the winners may even receive prizes!!
I love this one the entertaining Picture Scavenger Hunt
Send your guests on a Mobile phone scavenger hunt by creating a list of 10-15 wedding moments for them to capture with their phones, like:
a couple kissing
someone taking a shot
a delicious dessert
a group selfie
flowers
someone crying
etc.
Not only does this give your guests a fun activity, you'll end up with even more pictures at the end of the day. Bonus tip: turn it into a contest where you'll vote for the 2 x best photos overall after the wedding, The winners may even receive a little gift !. This way, your guests will go for quality photos, not just quantity, and you'll end up with better snaps. You can also instruct guests who are playing to use your wedding hashtag , such as #johnandmichellewedding and post the photos on social media, such as Instagram and Facebook to easily catalog all the fun pictures, and lots more.
