2. Welcoming all guests personally on arrival, and handing them leaflets and bags, as well as signing and checking in guests and others if required. Assisting with Registrations.
3. Making all relevant announcements where possible
4.Interview VIP'S and exhibitors, for the organizers to promote the show further on Social Media and other platforms
5. Talk about my range of award winning range of services if required, and then do a questions and answers session
6. Invite exhibitors or others to do a talk about there services, and invite guests to ask questions.
7. Usher guests and others to break out rooms for conferences, presentations or meetings, and announce speakers in order to ensure all will run to time, also moderating if required.
8. Assist the Organizers in any way they wish
9.Announce the Fashion Show or any other demonstration if there is one.
10. Assist in making the Event as memorable as possible
