1/ Take the stress of you from day one, and make the planning process stress free for you. Working according to your preferred style.
2/ Prepare schedule and fine tuning of all suppliers and With families also. Making sure everything is in place prior to the event commencing. It does not matter if there are just 10 or 1000 guests, my services are equally as beneficial.
3/ Bring Direction and Coordination for the day and prior the day, working closely with the venue, caterers, and all other suppliers, as well as making all announcements. Also ensuring the layout on the table plan and other services, correlates with the layout on the day at the venue,
4/ Be present at place of worship for the ceremony and fully coordinate. Whether that be Church or Civil Ceremony or Wedding Blessing, I will tie crevettes, put on buttonholes, seating, welcome and receive guests nicely, giving out order of service, ensure bride and groom and everyone will arrive on time, and are relaxed.
5/ Lots of Guests Interaction and Games to make the wedding even more memorable.Such as Candle Ceremonies, Card Ceremonies, Champagne Ceremonies, Open Forum Speeches, Dance Floor Games, Memories and lots more. Also table and Guest Interviews, as well as going round tables, checking that guests are all happy and enjoying themselves. Dancing during the meal ( We will rock you, Amarillo, Greek Dancing around Tables )
6/ Making the Event as memorable as possible for the couple , and I will also give you the option of staying to the end, to give you the most memorable of grand finale's.
7/ Lots of very special touches and little ceremonies that are unique to my services. Introducing a special guest ( Friend ) to announce grooms speech in my red coat, brings lots of fun and laughter !!. Chef and Staff Procession.. and lots more.
