I will assist you with Venue Searching if required.
I will schedule the whole Wedding day programme for you.
I will happily recommend and book all suppliers for you ( some of which include DJ, Dhol Drummers, LED Dance Floors, Decor, Waiting Staff, Transport and Minibuses, Photobooths, Photographers and lots more).
I will Coordinate with all suppliers prior to the big day ensuring they know about access times and where they need to be and to be ready at certain times.
I will be present at the church or at the venue for the civil ceremony, in order to welcome guests and usher them to be seated correctly, give out orders of service, tie any crevettes and put on buttonholes and corsages, make sure the groom will arrive on team, coordination of the brides arrival, arranging groups and confetti shots after the ceremony and lots more.
I will fine tune everything in order to ensure that no stone has been unturned including, Speaking with all suppliers in advance, speaking with hair and make up and cars checking they have the correct details and timings and they do not run late, speaking with best man and maid of honour in advance in order to ensure all will be fine tuned ensuring that the bride and groom will not run late, making sure as mentioned above that everyone knows what is going on.
I will go through all Logistics in detail, and speak to you about seating arrangements and more.
Making all announcements on the day in the correct order, observing all traditions and ensuring all speakers are ready ( Some traditions include Bridal Train, Breaking of Kola Nut, Opening and Closing Prayer, Cake Blessings, Change of Outfits, Presents Giving and more). Working according to your style as it is all about you.
