Here are just some of the elements of the role I provide both on the day and prior, however this is your Event, so its up to you, how you wish to organize your party.
I can be as Formal or as Informal as you wish.
Here are just some elements of my role:-
1/ Assisting with Scheduling and Coordination, and working closely with you from day one. Bringing direction on the day, and being the person who keeps the whole event together.
2/ Dress Formal or Informal in accordance with your wishes.
3/ Welcome all guests on arrival by handshake, and direct them and assist them at any time they require my help. Making all announcements and ushering. Announcing CEO into the room and also the announcing of any After Dinner Speakers or Comedians. Ensuring the appropriate preambles are used when announcing speakers and guests to be seated.
4/ Recommend lots of games and interaction, that will enhance the mood at the party, some of which include Mannaquin Challenge with Sweets, Dance Offs, Heads and Tails, Pass the Christmas Cracker, Drink Challenges, Karaoke and more. Prizes for competitions to be provided by the company,
5/ Organize a quiz which maybe in relation to your company or to the theme of the event. Prizes to be provided by the company. Great for Team Building.
6/ Open forum for guests who may wish to come to the stage and say a few words about the company or role they play, or I can even interview them and ask the questions.
7/ Announcing the speeches - Maybe CEO, President, or any other. Maybe a video will be shown, to remind staff of the brand and what it represents. There may even be some Awards and certificates, that may need to be presented for recognition to the company. Also maybe proposing the loyal toast and announce Grace.
8/ Charity Auction - Always goes down very nicely, and the proceeds go to the companies favorite charity or cause.
9/ Go round to guests and ask them for some personal messages into a video cam, and these can be looked back on, only with smiles.
10/ I am a booking agent for all suppliers and other services, some of which include Singers, Dance Floors, DJ's, Photobooths and so much more.
11/ Making it is memorable as possible for all and everyone.
